By booking or staying at Green Wings Homestay, you agree to the following terms:

Booking and Stay

• Check-in and check-out times must be followed unless otherwise agreed.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Green Wings Homestay is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

• Any damage to property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be communicated directly through email (greenwingsnameri@gmail.com).

• Refunds, if applicable, will follow our cancellation policy at the time of booking.

Code of Conduct

• Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, other guests, and the environment.

• Illegal activities or misconduct will result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tezpur, Assam.
